Microgrid 2019: Shaping the New Electric Grid will feature content that offers fresh insight into markets, technologies, projects, business models, financing and government policy for microgrids, nanogrids, non-wires alternatives, community aggregations and other innovations that are creating the new, distributed grid.

We will seek proposals through two solicitations:

  • A Call for Presentations opened in September and seeks case studies and research. The deadline to submit is Jan. 31, 2019.
  • A Call for Speakers will open in January 2019 for panelists, moderators and keynote speakers

The conference will offer two main tracks: one designed for energy experts and the other for facility operators considering microgrid adoption.

Look for announcements in the free Microgrid Knowledge newsletter about release of the solicitations.

If you are interested in sponsoring or exhibiting at Microgrid 2019, please contact Kevin Normandeau,, 508-259-8570.

*Note: All presenters, panelists, speakers and moderators must register for the conference within 15 days of acceptance to retain their place on the agenda.
