Typhoon HIL, INC. is a small business headquartered in Sommerville, MA with two wholly owned subsidiaries in Switzerland and Serbia. The company incorporated in 2008 and currently has approximately 50 employees. Typhoon HIL provides specialized computational hardware, software and engineering services necessary to produce high fidelity (sub microsecond) models and simulations of power electronics and controls. Our Controller Hardware In the Loop (CHIL) technology enables a Model and Simulation Based Systems Engineering (MSBSE) approach; one receiving increasing emphasis as industries and businesses embrace digitization.
